The suspension of trading on Bank Audi Syria (BASY)

Based on the provision of article /39/ from the trading instructions in the DSE, and upon the decision of the Board ofBank Audi Syria (BASY) is inviting the shareholders to attend the irregular general assembly meeting which is going to be held on Tuesday 5/ April /2011.
We would like to bring into notice that the trading session on the stock of Bank Audi Syria (BASY) would be suspended from Tuesday 5/ April /2011 the suspension would continue until Damascus Securities Exchange is provided with the irregular general assembly report, complying with the article above.
